FLIGHT TRAINING is a unique basketball workout group experience led by Jadee Jones and Jimmy Rogers. It combines both speed/agility and strength/conditioning with basketball skill work in a competitive environment. We are looking to put together workout groups of up to 8 players with similar abilities so the players can take the skills they are working on and utilize them in game like situations. We held our inaugural Top Flight Invite Only Camp the week of August 11th and it was a huge success. We had 60 players ranging from 4th grade to 8th grade. Tyus Jones joined us on Tuesday and spoke to the group and shared a lot of good information with them. He stuck around and took pictures with all of the teams. The level of competition throughout the week was amazing. These kids were coached hard and left as better players. Thanks to all of the parents and players for attending.
